We are so confident in our products that we offer a Lifetime Warranty for all purchases. We also offer a free 100% Lifetime Warranty – for those who register. Registering is really easy (and free). Just visit our Warranty Registration page for instructions.

Only products with manufacturing defects are covered. Our Lifetime Warranty is available for up to two years after the original purchase. 

 

 

Returns

If you would like to return your PocketPro for a full refund, you must do so within 30 days of original purchase. Customers must pay shipping for returns. Returned product must be in perfect condition. 

Returns are only available to customers who purchased the product from pocketprogear.com. Amazon customers must follow the Amazon return policy. Retail store customers must follow the return policy of the store where they made their purchase.

We will not return products that are sold for less than $15. All sales of products for less than $15 are final.
